Which Nokian Tire To Buy?

Can anyone tell me the practical differences between the different Nokian tires?

One person I spoke with suggested NRW-H's. But a Nokian dealer said this was an "all season" not a true snow. Was he saying this because he makes more selling the Hakk 1's, or is it true? What about NRW-T's? or Hakk 10's? I live in NYC where we get some snow but mostly slushy wet roads. Safety is my main concern. I can live with rolling noise. Can anyone make a suggesstion?
