we had a blowout last week on the highway coming back from fl.
the tire was only 8 months old. we were forced to buy a non michelin
michelins were not available. we have documentation statint that the belt
in the tire snapped & the tire was defective. there are no michelin
dealers in the area(rome,n.y.) what are our options? should we be entitled
to a new tire from michelin? model #xw4 p215/70r15
