I live in England and have been offered Cooper Cobra GTZ tires to go on my '95 Trans Am.
Never heard of Cooper before so would like to know if good tire or not.

Used to have Avon's and was thinking of Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-C

Cooper tires are like B tires if you graded them compared to the Goodyears you mentioned which are A tires. I also like Bridgestone RE 730, BFGoodrich G Force T/A KDW, Falken Azenis ST-115, Continental Contiextremecontact, Firestone Firehawk SZ50 EP, Yokohoma AVS ES100, Nitto NT-555, Dunlop SP Sport 9000,Kumho Ecsta MX, Pirelli P Zero Nero, Toyo T1-S. These all would beat out the Cooper tires pretty easily in any kind of performanc testing. Check out tires.com and tirerack.com to buy your tires for less and ask them some questions you may have. But between the two you mentioned, I would definitely get the Goodyears.
