I looking to replace my H-rated tires.
Do you have any experience/comments on the following tires?
Bridgestone RE 930i (still available at Costco)
BFgoodich Touring T/A HR4

Which one would be better off in snow?

Neither are very good in snow, but the Bridgestone RE950 is a very nice tire.

I think the Nokian NRW is H rated and is quite good in the snow.
