I've been considering the Uniroyol TigerPaw Touring TR for a car used for mostly highway driving (65-75 mph). I live in Wisconsin so snow/wet traction are important, as are quite ride and long wear. Thanks in advance!

With price performance in mind, they are not bad a tire. When rotated at regular intervals, they will give good wear characteristics. They have fairly good handling (compared to broadline all seasons). The biggest problem (depending on application ), might be road noise. Uniroyal has a new Touring HR out that might appeal to the more performance oriented (at a cost of wear).
