I'm interested in buying new tires and possibly rims on my '91 Infinity G20 to replace the stock sizes. I'd like to know what options I have when it comes to sizes without comprimizing performance or, if possible, enhance performance.

Larger rims will give you a better looking car and better handling to a degree. Tirerack.com offers 42 different rims for your car ranging from 14X6 to 17X7.5 Prices range from $79 to $299 each. I would say 16" would be the largest I would go without sacrificing performance. Go with the lightest weight 16" rims you like, nice aggressive tires like I mentioned in your other post, and have fun. 17" rims will actually hurt cornering and acceleration due to weight and suspension geometry. 16" will give you a great look and handle a lot better than your stock 14s. I would consider nice strut upgrades(Tokico) and maybe even performance springs(Eibach). This will turn your already nice car into a street machine. Check all this out at the Tirerack.com Good luck.
