I would like to replace my 235/70R15 tires with a diff. size 235/75R15.
what are the implications with the speedometer , is it possible to adjust it.
How much will the bigger size affect speed.

Quick rough calulations you're going to be off by about 2 MPH. At 65MPH shown on speedometer, you'll be really going about 67MPH. I wouldn't worry about compensating for that little difference.
