Hi, I'm looking for a ultra high all season performance tire for my car.
the OEM MXV4 plus are ok when new, down right dangerous when they start wearing down and VERY expensive.
I live in East coast so I need something that will survive snow and wet weather.
Dunlop SP5000 was my top choice until I found out they don't offer the correct size for my car.
Any suggestion? Thanks

You are probably going to have to go to 225/55/16 if you want Ultra High Performance All Season tires for your car. Tire diameter is virtually the same. Only you can tell if the increased width will scrape or not when turning sharply. The wider width will usually give a little better performance but take away from snow traction somewhat. The Dunlop SP Sport 5000 is available in this size as is the BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDWS and the Pirelli P7000 Super Sport; all good UHPAS tires. The BFG's are the least expensive but they are all about the same. Hope this helps.
