Does anyone have experience with the Micheline Symmetry? I have a '94 Honda Accord LX. The Honda Service people told me that these are the only tires Honda recommends but I'd like some personal opinions before I commit. I'm especially concerned with rain and snow. Please email me at connie@pelzer.com Thanks! Connie IP: Logged |

How can they say Honda only recommends one brand/type tire? That sounds absurd. Sounds more to me like they've got a bunch of these tires they need to get rid of.IP: Logged |

No real personal experience but here's the lowdown on the Symmetry from a site I ran across: http://www.1010tires.com/listtire.asp?brand=Michelin&cat=All+Season&subcat=Premium&model=Symmetry%AE&source=brand They've got tons of other wheels and tire as well. IP: Logged |

I'm interested in this tire for my AWD Aerostar. The one thing I worry about with this tire is fuel efficiency. The Symmetry has a 'compliance cushion' under the tread that I can't help but believe increases rolling resistance (but should help snow traction). It did get excellent user ratings at tirerack.com, but they don't rate fuel efficiency. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone has experience with this tire in regards to fuel efficiency. IP: Logged |
