So far, I notice that Falken ZE-520 Ziex is not much a hot topic. I just want to know the experiences that you have out there with these tires. I gave Falken a shot so I got them a few days ago. They replace my old Bridgestones. So far after I got them properly balanced, they stick like glue to the road and quite stable directionally at high speed. Or may be they are still new. They corner very well and again stable. However, I feel a little understeer comparing to my previous set. Side wall flex is very little or hardly noticed so far. Good! I hate tires with a lot of side wall flex. The tire noise of these tires, I would say good. But it could be better though. Now for the ride comfort, these tires are certainly no touring or like most other all seasons tires. The rubber compound is harder, I have to say. I feel most bumps and cracks. They are transmitted to the car and cabin. I guess that's a compromise since it is rated as an ultra high/high perf. all season and has a 60,000 mile rating! wow! I want to see if they can live up to the manufac.'s claims. I haven't gotten a chance to drive in the rain or snow yet, so I don't know how they'll perform. I am leaning toward performance this time around. They are okay for me. SO WHAT IS YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THESE TIRES?

I have used the ziex502 (205x15 VR15) and agree pretty much with everything you posted.
Performance may not be up there with the best but for the price it's good value. Mine lasted 25,000 miles on the front, but I think this was reasonable on my golf gti. The rears have plenty of life at 35,000 miles
Recently tried out Avon ZV1. These were slightly more expensive and looked a cool, but I think they aren't as good as the Falkens. I want to try the Toyo T1S next time. Any info??
