My father and brother lost their lives in the violent crash which occured after a tire burst on 26.6.1999. during a highway drive at 130 km/h. The right rear tyre blew on our 1992 Ford Aerostar minivan. The tire was an General Ameri way 205/75 R14 and had approx. 20.000 km. It seems that the thread separated due to tire defect.
I would appreciate any comments, help and advice in a possible lawsuit against General tire company.
