Late reply 2: Nokian NRW-H: Easily comparable to your list in rain/dry handling and far superior in snow.IP: Logged |

the Pirelli P400 Touring is a nice quiet, smooth long lasting tire, but will not handle corners as well as the Bridgestone or Firestone. Of the three that you are considering, I would go with the SH 30. A lot of my friends have been crazy with those tires. They grip well in dry and wet(not all out performance, but good enough for autocrossing), last at least 65,000 miles with regular street driving and rotations, and are also decent in snow. They all plan of buying them again. I don't live where it snows obviously, so I am going with an all out handler in wet and dry for my autocrossing i do with my Saturn. I have Nitto NT 460 on my car now, and they are as good as the Firestone SH 30 in my opinion. I bought them from tires.com, but the Firestones can be had from tirerack.com Hey, good luck.IP: Logged | |
