I have a 91 G.M. Sierra 4X4. I'm thinking about putting on 315 75R16 B.F. Gooderich all terrain tires. Basically these are 35 inch tires. It came with 265's. I now have on 285's and I don't think have noticed any shifting problems or ABS problems. Will I run into these problems with these size tires? A truck this size should turn tires this big and not affect the gear ratio in any way? I am also not really concerned as to how far my speedo will be out. Someone told me that I could take it to a performance shop and electronically fix it to shift at the factory RPM, but would prefer not to. Anything else to possibly look out for?
