LTX AT is excellent tire for all conditions, surprisingly quiet and good handling for an all terrain tire. X radial LT is an all weather M&S rated tire that will handle possibly better depending on how your suspension has been tuned and might be better on wet surfaces. It won't be as good in snow or mud. Take your choice. It depends on your needs. (X Radial is also more of a commercial truck tire that will ride harder due to higher inflation pressures.)
