I am replacing my Pirelli Sport Veloces at only 25,000 miles. I commute about 100 miles
5 days a week in south-central Arizona mostly
on dry pavement. I am trying out some Bridgestone Touranzas but I am not going to keep them due to tread vibration at 70 mph. I am considering the Yoko Touring and the Michelin X-ones. Anyone have any suggestions?
I drive about 30K each year and I want to get
at least 2 years worth of treadlife. Thanks!

What is your vehicle and or size tire if you know it. Type of vehicle is critical in order to recomend a tire that is best suited for the application. Also helpful would be more inf. on driving style and desired tire performance beyond 30K per year and 100 mile a day.

I drive a 92 honda accord wagon lx. tire size is 195-60-15 H rated recommended, but my pirellis were H rated and I am only going to get about 25-30 K on them. Since the car puts on about 30K per year I want a tire that will give me at least two years of tread life I've only had the Pirellis a little over 7 months. I'm thinking that tires with an S or T speed rating, all season with a high tread wear rating is what I need. And yes, I am going to keep my car indefinitely. My usual cruising speed is between 70 and 80 mph. Thanks!

I've had the Avid touring on my Mazda Protege for 1.5 years now and they have shown very little if any wear. I expect to get more than 60k out of these as long as they are kept properly inflated and rotated at reasonable intervals.
