Checking out these tires for a 97 Ranger 4x4.
Anyone had experience with either one of these tires? No experience with Cooper at all but hear good things about them. Only tires I have owned by Pirelli years ago leaked from the tread blocks on all four wheels. Has quality improved?

I can tell you that the quality of the Pirelli tires today is far above your experience from the past! The A/T is one of the best in the all-terrain field today. It was designed using the best competitor available in the areas of noise, on-off road traction, handling (wet/dry at high speed on a track), etc. It is in a higher performance category than the Cooper tire you refer to.

I heard that the Pirelli's to which you refer are pretty good in general, but are poor in the snow. Can anyone comment on the Pirelli Scorpion snow performance and clarify that?
