Have new Pirelli HP's on rear of car, '86 Merc.420 SEL. Front tires are worn out cheapos, just bought car and trying to decide on matching Pirelli's or going to a Michelin. Have had good luck with Michelin's, no experience with Pirelli. Most driving in town within several miles of the speed limit <90mph, typical mid-mid-west weather. Any recommendations, war stories etc?
