Need Recommendation for 195/60R15 All Season Tire. Snow Traction is first priority, price is second.

Try the Nokian NRW, an all-season with snow traction as its focus, excellent tire all-around, decent handling, good wearing, excellent wet/snow traction. I have these on an 1995 Honda Civic EX and wife had them on a Subaru Loyale AWD(sold car). I will install them on her new Subaru Legacy when the OEM tires wear out.
