Any thoughts? I am finally getting rid of my Continental TouringContact CH95 tires on my 540i. We get a considerable amount of rain (40+ inches) and are at the southern edge of the snow belt. We get several 3-4 inch snow dumps a year which last 2-3 days max. Any insights or experiences with either tire is appreciated.-Will IP: Logged |

I can't speak specifically to the Pilot XGT, but I have the previous XGT V4 (OEM on Integra GSR) and they are DANGEROUS in the wet. Before buying the Pilots, be certain the new XGT is a HUGE improvement over the original. I am absolutely amazed that Michelin, an old & experienced tire manufacturer, would sell a tire as unreliable in the wet as the XGT V4. IP: Logged | |
