Six months ago I bought 2 Pirelli P600's for the front of my car. I now need to buy two more for the rear axle. A different dealer said that the P600 has been replaced by the P6000. He also said that the P600 on original eqipment supplied to BMW's had a problem of "shoulder Lift". I asked the Pirelli company about this and they said that there is no problem and that my P600s are safe. Someone is not telling me the straight scoop. Please help. Daniel

I would be more inclined to believe Pirelli rather than your local dealer. The Pirelli corporation would have no reason to lie to you or else they would be facing some huge legal consequences. The local tire dealer on the other hand, probably wants you to buy 4 new tires =)
