Is anyone familiar with the Toyo Spectrum, particularly it's rain performance?I have been very satisfied with older Michelin MX4's but they are now in need of replacement. The Spectrum's seem very similar and I can get them for 16% less cost than the MX4's. I'm hesitant to change from what I know works well (the MX4) but the money saving is attractive if the performance is there. I also understand that the Rainforce MX4 is improved further from the older "plain" MX4 which is what I have now. IP: Logged |

I was also going to get mx4 rainforce for my minivan. I ended up with continental ch95. I am not exactly sure if they are any better, but they do seem quiet and goodish traction in ice and snow. Check out the customer survey results at this website and compare to mx4 rainforce. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tirebrand_f.html IP: Logged | |
