Boy do need help, I will need to replace my current stock Pirreli p-zeros that are : 205/45ZR17
I would really like a wider tire on my car. Yet the problem is clearance. I have tried looking up old BBS bulletins ...to see if anyone has been down this road before ..but no luck. I'm sure that I will not be the first person with this kind of question. The conditions of my driving are pretty much dry with no snow problems. I found a very helpful sight on the net that has built in tire calculator, simply punch in the tire size and it gives you everything from Sidewall Hieght, Diameter, Radius, Circumfrence, Rev's, Odometer effects, Picture of tire..etc. Yet all this is not helpful because I don't know the max clearance numbers.
