Hi
Can anyone tell me how to read the tires marked like 31x10.50? I just want to understand what number corresponds to what in the 265/70/r15 terms

31X10.50R15 is: (about 775mm O.D)
31 is overall diameter in inches
10.50 is section width
15 is rim diameter

265/70R15 is: (about 752mm O.D)
265 is section width in mm (265 mm)
70 is height of sidewall in relation with
the section width (in that case, sidewall
height is equal of 70% of 265 mm)
15 is rim diameter

For your information, 31x10.50R15 and the size 265/75R15 are the same height.
